Pad Printing
An ideal solution for printing on plastic surfaces. The technology allows for the printing of any form of letters, logos, or images on any formed or shaped surface. Pad printed surfaces are particularly resistant to wear when using our proprietary epoxy inks.

Assembly Operations
Our assembly shop is available to pre-install or partially assemble components such as switches, harnesses, hardware or circuit boards into or onto a coated part (s).

Complete final assembly operations are also available to facilitate product operations for direct shipment to our or your logistic support center. Application of our assembly facilities will result in less part handling and lower final product cost.

Packaging:
VMC has decades of experience in designing and procuring reusable transport packaging. This service is an important part of our commitment to total quality customer service. Implementation of the placement of a product into its final package can result in substantial cost reductions to a products final cost.

Hot Stamping
A process utilizing foils as a means to transfer an image at an elevated temperature. Foils are readily available and as a result the process is very cost effective. Virtually all polymers will accept foil printing without damage to the base resin. This type of printing is not recommended where significant wear needs are expected.

Sonic Welding:
VMC has complete ultrasonic welding equipment necessary to reliably install insets and/or the attachment of secondary assemblies to a plastic substrate. Sonic welding, a process of vibrating a part at ultrasonic frequencies is a very reliable method to permanently attach parts to a plastic housing.

Logistics Support:
VMC provides complete logistics support for the shipping of intermediate or final packaged products to an additional operations facility, a warehouse, or direct to your customer.
